Security:
- High security 10 lever cylinder resistant against picking or drill attacks
- High security levels are delivered by a 14mm bolt throw
- Two hardened steel rollers in the deadbolt resists hacksawing
- The main lock bolt automatically deadlocks, making it virtually impossible to use a card to force entry
- Heavy duty security shield with anti-drill plate protects the cylinder from drilling. Bolt-through fixings and a rounded design prevent gripping and forced removal
Features:
- The latch can be double-locked externally with a key, offering added security against forced entry through glass panels.
However, this option locks the internal handle, so careful consideration is needed, as there is a risk of accidentally locking someone inside.
If this is a concern, a high-security nightlatch with a key-locking handle on the inside would be a better choice. Alternatively, please see product ALD0071 for non-double locking (ESCAPE) version.
